Mark Jones Named MAAC Coach of the Year

After leading the Manhattan College volleyball team to its first 20-win season in seven years, head coach Mark Jones was recognized by the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference's (MAAC) 10 head coaches as the 2010 Anaconda Sports MAAC Coach of the Year. The announcement was made at the conference's annual postseason awards banquet from Walt Disney World, where the MAAC Championships was held. In the 2010 season, Jones led the Lady Jaspers to a 20-14 overall mark, including a school-record of 11 MAAC wins.
