College Funds 11 Research Grants
With student and faculty research on the rise at Manhattan, the College recently established the Jasper Summer Research Scholars program to fund research grants in various disciplines. This summer, the College announced the start of its pilot program with 11 undergraduates receiving grants on topics ranging from improving a modern-day medical brace design for elbow-related injuries to shortcomings in educational funding in the new South Africa.
