The parade will start at 12 p.m. on 46th Street at Fifth Avenue and will end at 5 p.m. at 69th Street. Career Fair on Oct. 17
Representatives from about 80 companies will converge on the Manhattan College campus on Wednesday, Oct. 17 in Draddy Gymnasium from 12-4 p.m. for the annual career fair. Students and alumni interested in job prospects, internships and co-op positions will have the opportunity to speak with representatives. The career fair serves as a chance to meet with potential employers, as well as a terrific networking opportunity to reconnect with other alumni, many of whom act as company representatives. Ken Kelly '54 is the coordinator of the event along with many alumni volunteers.
If you're interested in supporting Manhattan College students and alumni in other ways, the
Center for Career Development offers many chances for alumni to get involved, including informational and mock interviews, job shadowing, site visits, resume and cover letter critique, and the alumni mentor program. For more information, contact Carol McTiernan by phone at (718) 862-7399 or email
carol.mctiernan@manhattan.edu. To participate in future career fairs and on-campus recruitment as an employer, please contact Nadia Peters at
