The Summer Research Scholars program was extended as students and their faculty advisers regained access to labs and other campus facilities that were temporarily closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. Students will continue working on projects throughout the fall semester and will present findings to the public during a symposium tentatively scheduled for the spring.

WRCM Returns to Campus
WRCM, Manhattan College’s on-campus radio station, was relaunched in spring 2019 with its first broadcast in five years. The station’s return can be attributed to a group of students who took an interest in the station’s history and the programs it offered.

Celebrating Fair Trade Month
The College is hosting a series of pop-up events during October to recognize a social movement focused on fair labor practices in developing nations. Dining Services kicked off Fair Trade Month with the grand opening of its new Sip & Chill dining location on Oct. 1, which features fair trade coffee and other products.

MAAC Basketball Schedules Announced
The Jaspers are scheduled to resume their ESPN broadcasting schedule for the 2020-21 season, with all men's and women's home games streamed live. At this point, fans will not be allowed to attend MAAC contests through December 23.
