Student Veterans Receive Local Community Service Award
Manhattan College’s Student Veterans Organization has beautified Van Cortlandt Park's Memorial Grove and other green spaces, participated in the American Red Cross Blood Drive, organized an annual Toys for Tots collection drive, and has organized other events that help those in need.

Marc Carrera '22 Chasing Olympic Dreams
Rising senior Marc Carrera recently clocked a time of 3:51.0 (the equivalent of a 4:06 mile!) in the 1500 meters at the MAAC Championships. The Staten Island Advance profiled Carrera and highlighted his pursuit of a spot on the Puerto Rican national team.
