What will you write about?

Once you understand the assignment, you need to decide on a topic. To help with ideas: |

- Browse for topics in periodicals that you read for fun or that relate to your course work
- Talk to your classmates or your instructor
- Go to the Writing Center in Miguel Hall Room 300 or call them at 718-862-7342
- Do some exploratory searches in an electronic database
like ProQuest or EbscoHost and read abstracts or explore
the subject guide search. (More about using electronic
databases is in the module called Finding Articles.)
